In Loco Parentis Form
All Junior Members under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when staying at the IAC Lodge. This form needs to be signed by both parent and assigned accompanying Senior Member (in loco parentis) prior to the booking being accepted. Click below for form.

Club Policies
Our Club policies help make sure the Club and Lodge are s a safe, fair and enjoyable place for everyone. They set out how we operate, what Members and Guests can expect from the Club, and what we expect from each other as Members of our community.
All Members have access to the Club’s current policies here, including those covering areas such as Member conduct, safety, communications, children and young people, and the use of Club facilities.
We encourage Members and their Guests to familiarise themselves with the policies. They provide an important shared framework for how we manage the Club, make decisions and deal with issues when they arise — helping us maintain the welcoming, respectful and safe Club environment we all value.
