At Illawarra Alpine Club, our community is built on the dedication and generosity of our members. This year, we’re proud to recognise two individuals whose contributions have made a meaningful impact on the club.

Life Membership – Susi Eager

We are delighted to recognise Susi Eager as our newest Life Member. As a long-standing member of the club, Susi has consistently contributed her time and energy over many years. Her ongoing support, reliability, and commitment to the club community embody everything Illawarra Ski Club stands for. This Life Membership is a reflection of Susi’s lasting impact and the value she brings to our club.

Club Person of the Year – Tyler Irvine

Tyler has gone above and beyond in his role as Treasurer, dedicating significant personal time and effort to strengthening the club’s financial foundations. From navigating a change of auditors to spending many hours liaising in external meetings (even on his ski holiday in Japan,) Tyler has played a key role in ensuring the club is on a clear and stable path forward.

It’s often the behind-the-scenes work that makes the biggest difference, and Tyler’s commitment has not gone unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for his diligence and care.
