Smiggins woke to a fresh layer across the slopes this morning – a lovely surprise and the perfect way to kick off the day. Please find below some updates and reminders for the Lodge:
New Gratuities System for Claire & Nick Cash is becoming a bit of a relic these days, so we’ve introduced a simple gratuities system for our lodge managers, Claire and Nick. If you feel they’ve gone above and beyond during your stay, this gives you an easy (and entirely optional!) way to show your appreciation – no ATM required.
Heating System Upgrade in Progress The Lodge Tech crew have been busy testing the new automated heating system, and it’s already making a difference – saving energy, reducing electricity use, and helping keep club costs down. It’s still being fine-tuned, so if you have any feedback on how it’s running, please email tech@iacski.com. Your comfort is the goal!
Hut Captains: Check the Speech!
If you’re a Hut Captain for the week, don’t forget that your welcome speech includes details on how to adjust room heating if needed. You’ll find the speech hanging near the duty roster in the dining room – it’s packed with helpful info for a smooth week ahead.

The Senior Interclub is just around the corner! Racers, be sure to register soon. You’ll need your Snow Australia Snow ID. Here are the registration links. *Cross Country skiers please let Phil know (club.captain@iacski.com) if you are competing in XC and he will register you for the XC race.
